Glamping

Four groups have arrived at the infamous “Camp Scratch Racker,” a campsite steeped in eerie history. From the late 1980s to the early 2000s, a series of unsettling incidents took place here, where campers, hikers, and nature lovers mysteriously disappeared. The mysterious figure responsible became known as “The Scratch Racker,” named for the claw-like carving left behind. To this day, these carvings can still be seen, serving as a chilling reminder of the past.

Then, just as suddenly as they started, the incidents stopped. Despite numerous suspicions, no one was ever seen or caught, and the world was left to wonder if the person responsible had simply disappeared. For the past seventeen years, there have been no new occurrences. Some believe the Scratch Racker died or moved on to terrorize another town, but some believe they could still be lurking in the woods, waiting for another chance.

A corporation has now transformed this unsettling history into a tourist attraction by opening “Camp Scratch Racker”, offering thrill-seekers the chance to go ‘glamping’ while exploring the legends surrounding the camp’s dark past. For a fee, visitors can enjoy themed accommodations, guided hikes, and stories of the “Scratch Racker” legend.”

Tonight, however, is a special night as it marks the anniversary of the last known “Scratch Racker” incident. Campers have paid extra to be here on this night, October 31st—Halloween. Little do they know, this Halloween might bring more surprises than they bargained for…
