On Halloween night, exactly ten years to the day since she last wreaked havoc on earth, the ghost of the evil witch Fargus has been resurrected. Her mission to transform the world into monsters remains more fervent than ever and she will start with the ones who kept her away all these years - her original monster creations. Now successfully settled into our modern world, Vampire, Medusa, Mummy and Werewolf, will once again feel the wrath of the one that doomed to a monstrous existence. As her powers and strength grow, the Monsters and their new friends will have to summon the courage to stop her. Or will Fargus finally get what she's always dreamed of... real Monsters roaming the streets on Halloween and for all eternity?!
